Pedro Filipe Nunes (b. 1999, Mira-Sintra, Portugal) lives and works in Paris, France. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts at ESAD.CR in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Fine arts in Université Paris 8, France.

Working primarily with photography, Filipe Nunes creates a body of work that blends documentary practices with reenactments of personal and shared experiences. His projects explore the intersection of reality and subjectivity, often focusing on themes such as memory, identity, mental health, and collective presence.

Driven by a desire to give visibility to often overlooked emotional experiences, his work invites reflection on the complexities of human connection, vulnerability, and the ways we navigate both individual and collective histories.
